1、 Design and manufacturing standards
All types of valves provided by our company are designed, manufactured, inspected, and accepted in accordance with relevant domestic standards such as GB, JB, SH, HG, CJ, and other foreign standards such as ANSI, JIS, BS, and DIN.
2、 Product quality assurance system
Our products have passed various tests and inspections before leaving the factory, including valve body pressure test, high-pressure sealing test, internal leakage test, external leakage test, etc., ensuring a 100% pass rate of the products before leaving the factory.
3、 Quality control
1. All sub suppliers are inspected and reviewed, and all product purchases are only conducted from qualified sub suppliers. The raw materials, purchased parts, and outsourced parts provided by the sub supplier must be strictly reviewed upon arrival at the factory, and can only be warehoused after passing the inspection;
2. Provide qualified chemical composition analysis sheets and physical performance testing sheets for castings, forgings, steel castings, and stainless steel castings provided by sub suppliers;
3. The 'double three inspection' system shall be strictly implemented for product manufacturing, and unqualified parts shall not be transferred, assembled, or delivered from the factory;
4. After final assembly, conduct strength and sealing comprehensive performance tests (medium: water, kerosene, and gas) according to GB13927, JB/T9092, and CJ/T3056 standards;
5. Our company is responsible for the quality and delivery date of our products. The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery, with lifelong maintenance. Our company shall bear corresponding responsibilities for the consequences caused by product quality. If the consequences are caused by improper operation, our company will maintain the equipment at a low cost.
4、 Product Supply Commitment
1. We guarantee to provide brand new and defect free products, as well as relevant drawings and other technical documents related to the products. After the goods arrive at the construction site, technical personnel will be dispatched to the site to provide free technical guidance and training on the product, as well as guidance on installation and commissioning.
2. Respond within 2 hours after receiving your feedback on product quality issues, and be responsible for handling issues related to product quality until you are satisfied.
3. After the operation of the project, our company will send a consultation team led by the chief engineer to receive feedback on product quality and other information for improvement.
4. Our company provides after-sales service hotline, technical hotline, and quality assurance hotline to customers. Ensure that relevant departments are staffed for 12 hours, and key personnel have mobile phones available 24 hours a day to provide services.
5. The factory acceptance rate of the product is 100%. If defects/potential defects are found during the warranty period, our company is responsible for free repair or replacement, and compensation for losses. Provide free technical consultation and services.
6. All products will be promptly and accurately delivered to the location designated by the customer. The product instructions and certificate of conformity will accompany the packaging of the product. If the customer requires, our company will send relevant personnel to the site to guide the installation and commissioning.
5、 After-sales service commitment
1. Specify the preferential conditions for after-sales service and the response time for warranty: arrive at the site for maintenance within 24-36 hours (48 hours outside the province) during the warranty period. After the expiration of the warranty period, specify the routine maintenance time and various maintenance commitments.
2. Valve equipment is provided with free maintenance for one year and a list of free spare parts within this period. During the free maintenance period, if any damage caused by non human factors (except for force majeure reasons) occurs, our company will promptly replace and repair it free of charge.
3. The equipment requires lifelong warranty repair. If the buyer entrusts our company with maintenance after the expiration of the free warranty period, our company will maintain and replace the equipment with replacement parts (factory price), and list the maintenance content in detail.
4. Our company provides equipment with a low service life. During this period, the buyer has the right to trace the seller's liability for major accidents (except for force majeure reasons) that are not caused by human operation.
5. When the production of certain equipment is stopped or changed, our company will notify the buyer of the plan to stop or modify the production in advance, so that the buyer has sufficient time to purchase the required spare parts; At the same time, our company provides the spare parts drawings and relevant technical parameters for free.
6、 Accompanying services provided by our company
(1) Responsible for equipment maintenance, operation, and training of operation and maintenance personnel during installation and commissioning. The above services are provided free of charge.
(2) Spare Parts Required: Standard configuration accessories and special tools to ensure normal operation of the equipment are included in the bid price for the complete set of equipment.
