Air separation units are widely used in various industries, such as oil and gas, chemistry, papermaking, metallurgy, and so on. The air separation unit separates air into various main components, such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and other inert gases. The main products of the air separation unit are oxygen and nitrogen. Therefore, ultra-low temperature valves and oxygen valves are widely used in the air separation industry, and YEAH can provide a complete set of valve solutions for the air separation industry.
Under oxygen-enriched conditions, many materials that are not flammable in the atmosphere can also become very flammable and cause fires. Therefore, oxygen valves have become one of the key products in the air separation industry. All equipment installed in oxygen pipelines, including valves, should be strongly protected from any contamination by combustible materials. YEAH oxygen valves comply with IGC13/12, ASTM G63, G93, and other industry or customer specifications for material selection, design, manufacturing, and cleanliness inspection. In order to avoid any possible pollution, YEAH has established an independent purification room that meets the ISO14644 standard and is certified by a third party for the production of oxygen valves. The purification room is equipped with a pure water equipment system and an automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine. Each oxygen valve is designed and manufactured according to customer requirements to meet on-site operating conditions and ensure safe operation.
