Share with you the daily maintenance of electric valves:
1. Electric valves should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the passage must be blocked.
2. Electrically operated valves that have been stored for a long time should be regularly inspected to remove dirt and coated with antirust oil on the machined surface.
3. After installation, regular inspections should be carried out, mainly for electric valves
(1) Sealing surface wear.
(2) The wear of the trapezoidal threads of the valve stem and valve stem nut.
(3) Check whether the filler is outdated and ineffective, and replace it in a timely manner if it is damaged.
(4) After the maintenance and assembly of the electric valve, the sealing performance test should be conducted.
For electric valves in operation, various valve components should be complete and intact. Flange threads and bolts on the bracket are indispensable, and the threads should be intact without looseness. Tighten the fastening nuts on the handwheel in a timely manner if they are found to be loose to avoid abrasion of the connection or loss of the handwheel and nameplate. If the hand wheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace it with a monkey wrench, and it should be timely equipped. The packing gland shall not be tilted or have no preload clearance. For electric valves in environments prone to contamination by rain, snow, dust, sand, and other contaminants, their valve stems should be installed with protective covers. The scale on the electric valve should be kept complete, accurate, and clear. The lead seals, caps, and pneumatic accessories of electric valves should be complete and intact. The insulation jacket should be free of dents and cracks.
It is not allowed to knock, stand or support heavy objects on the running electric valve; In particular, non-metallic electric valves and cast iron electric valves should be prohibited.
