The electric actuator uses AC220 single-phase AC power as its power supply, and receives DC4 to 20mA from DCS, PLC system, and other operators. Standard signals are used to control the actuator to open and close valves or automatically adjust. The electronic control module adopts advanced hybrid integrated circuits, including complete protection functions, which can be controlled locally or remotely. It is designed as a box and sealed with resin casting.
The drive feedback adopts high-performance conductive plastic potentiometers with high accuracy and long service life. It can be combined with various angular stroke adjustment mechanisms to form a high-performance and reliable electric control valve. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, petrochemical, paper making, light industry, and environmental protection.
Main features of electric actuators
The actuator is designed with a servo system (no additional servo amplifier is required), which can be operated by simply connecting a DC4 to 20mA (or DC1 to 5V) signal and an AC220V single-phase power supply. The built-in wiring terminal is extremely simple and convenient.
The key component of the actuator, the controller, uses advanced hybrid integrated circuits and is sealed and cast with resin. It has a box shape, small size, and high reliability.
The feedback detection of the driving amount of the electric actuator adopts a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer with a resolution of<0.4%.
