Electric control valve is a commonly used control valve model, which consists of two parts: an electric actuator and a control valve body. Manual operation has been replaced by electric operation, resulting in higher adjustment accuracy, labor saving, and remote control. There are two types: straight stroke and angular stroke. Straight stroke means that the electric actuator drives the regulating valve to move up and down in a straight line, while the angular stroke electric actuator drives the regulating valve to rotate 0-90 °.
Electric control valves mainly rely on electric actuators to drive the opening and closing of the control valve. The electric actuator can receive analog signals of current or voltage from the control system, and achieve the purpose of regulating the flow and pressure parameters of the pipeline medium by controlling the different opening degrees of the regulating valve, thereby achieving remote automatic control.
Operating skills for electrically controlled valves:
When starting the electric device of the electric control valve, press the start button on the electric control panel, and the motor will start immediately. After a period of time, the valve opens, the motor automatically stops running, and the "ON" signal on the electronic control panel lights up; If the electric control valve is closed, press the close button on the electric control panel, and the valve will run in the closed direction until the valve is fully closed, and the "close" signal will open.
During valve operation, the signal lights in the open, closed, and intermediate states shall be displayed accordingly. The valve indication signal is consistent with the actual action, and can be tightly closed or nailed open, indicating that the electrical device is normal.
"If the signal light does not light up when the valve is running, fully open, or fully closed, but the accident sales light is on, it indicates that the transmission device is abnormal, and the cause should be rechecked, repaired, and debugged.".
4. When there is a fault in the electrical device and it is not tightly closed, and it needs to be handled, the action handle should be set to the manual position. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and turn the handwheel counterclockwise to open the valve.
During operation, the electrical equipment cannot press the reverse gear button. If it is necessary to correct due to incorrect operation, first press the stop button before starting.
