(1) Double acting DA series
Using a double acting pneumatic actuator, first determine the torque of the valve, increasing the safety value by 30% for water vapor or non lubricated media; Non lubricated dry gas media increase the safety value by 50%; Increase the safety value of 100% for particle powder media transported by non lubricating gas; For clean, frictionless lubricating media, increase the safety value by 20%. Then, based on the working pressure of the air source, look up the torque table of the double acting pneumatic actuator to obtain an accurate DA series pneumatic actuator model.
(2) . Single acting (spring return) SA series
Using a single acting actuator, first determine the torque of the valve, increasing the safety value by 25% for water vapor or non lubricated media; Non lubricated dry gas media increase the safety value by 60%; Increase the safety value of 100% for particle powder media transported by non lubricating gas; For clean, frictionless lubricating media, increase the safety value by 20%, and then look up the torque table of the single acting pneumatic actuator. First, check the spring return end point, and then check the air source working pressure end point. The air source pressure torque should be greater than the spring return torque, to obtain an accurate SA series pneumatic actuator model.
In the single acting SA series output torque table, the spring return "0 °" torque is the torque for closing the valve, and the spring return "90 °" torque is the torque for opening the valve. The torque corresponding to the air supply pressure of "0 °" is the torque for closing the valve, and the torque corresponding to the air supply pressure of "90 °" is the torque for opening the valve
