The front and rear pipelines of the pneumatic ball valve are ready. The front and rear pipes should be coaxial, and the sealing surfaces of the two flanges should be parallel. The pipeline should be able to withstand the weight of the ball valve, otherwise the pipeline must be equipped with appropriate support. Purge the pipeline before and after the valve to remove oil stains, welding slag, and all other impurities in the pipeline; Check the marks of the pneumatic ball valve to ensure that the ball valve is intact. Fully open and close the valve several times to verify its normal operation; Remove the protective parts from the connecting flanges at both ends of the pneumatic ball valve; Check the valve bore to remove any possible dirt, and then clean the valve bore. Even small particles of foreign material between the valve seat and the ball can damage the sealing surface of the valve seat.
Install the valve into the pipeline. Either end of the valve can be installed on the upstream end. A valve driven by a handle can be installed anywhere on the pipeline. However, ball valves with gear boxes or pneumatic actuators should be installed vertically, that is, installed on a horizontal pipe with the drive device above the pipe; Install sealing gasket between valve flange and pipeline flange according to pipeline design requirements; The bolts on the flange should be tightened symmetrically, step by step, and evenly; Connect the pneumatic pipeline.
