The electric ventilation butterfly valve is a non closed type butterfly valve. This ventilation valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

The electric ventilation butterfly valve is driven by a motor to drive the actuator, allowing the butterfly plate to rotate freely within a 90 ° range to achieve the purpose of opening and closing or regulating the flow of media. Electric actuators are generally 220V or 380V, switch type and adjustment type.

3. The position, height, and inlet and outlet directions of the device must meet the design requirements. Note that the direction of media flow should be consistent with the arrow direction marked on the valve body, and the connection should be firm and tight.
4. Before installing the valve, it is necessary to conduct a visual inspection. The nameplate of the valve should comply with the current national standard "General Purpose Valve Signs" GB12220. The device shall undergo strength and tightness tests before use, and can only be used after passing the tests. During the strength test, the test pressure shall be 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration shall not be less than 5 minutes. The valve shell and filler shall be considered as qualified if there is no leakage. During the tightness test, the test pressure shall be 1.1 times the nominal pressure; The duration of the test shall comply with the requirements of GB50243.
